Our supervisor just informed us as of today there is now a weekly quota for warning letters they issue to drivers.
Is anyone else’s center doing this?
My sup was asking a person on their way out (retirement) if he could just give them a warning letter to hit his weekly quota.
How do we get rid of the quota systems that are in place. Like scanning time percentages and any other quota based system. Cause I feel they just find way to do write ups
