I’m a 22.4 in San Diego. So pumped and thankful to be converting to a RPCD. Does anyone know the details? They “eliminated” the 2 tier pay rate, so what will it be? Passed my 30 days last week. They forgot about me in a good way and I pretty much found out I passed once they gave me a uniform order slip lol. Just a follow up post from my original 30 day thread since we have some funny guys on here doubting me haha. Picture is proof that I’m not a seasonal.

I’m a 0300 but low on the seniority list. Will I be grandfathered in M-Friday if they get rid of the 22.4? Or will I have to take whatever schedule they put us on by seniority?
