I have been with UPS for 5 years. I'm needing clarification on how my vacation time works now. I've been full time for almost a year in August. I have requested vacation time and it was approved. It starts next week. Well sups told me today that I won't be getting vacation pay because I haven't...
I am alittle confused about the vacation schedule in my center. On the posted schedule it says I took my pto for September 16th 2023 which is a Saturday. Does this mean I have off the week of that Saturday?
I live in the Southern Region and would like to know if I still get my vacation time next year even though I'm on worker's comp. It'd be pretty messed up if I lost my benefits due to an injury that UPS caused.
Last month I was out for two weeks for a non work related surgery, both my center manager and my shop steward said I didn’t need to worry about not getting my one day a week in payroll to keep my health benefits. Just got the letter today from Central States saying my insurance coverage has been...
When filling out vacation sheet I was unsure about the exact date of my seniority so I asked center manager he told me it was 4/27/17. I drove peak 16’ then after peak I started running airs on Saturday. Saturday ground went live of April 16’ 17 and I started running routes on Saturday since...
I turned 60 in December and on March 7th I will celebrate 39 years with this great company. Thanks to my recent divorce, I am looking forward to another 39 years of package fun. My question is - Should I go into feeders and ride it out or should I skip all the formalities and shoot myself now?
I’m almost on my second year in the preload and a few seniority co-workers have told me both when you reach your second year you receive 2 week vacation time and I also was told it’s still only a week vacation time. Anyone have an idea on which is true
Thanks
I am little confused on something here. I am a TCD driver as Instructed was told to fill out my vacation on the driver list which in March will be 2 years with the company. I logged in on my UPSERS site to check on it. Once I logged on I notice it said 40 hours which I figured 20 for one week...
I'm going to need Friday and Saturday off in a few weeks. I've only been with the company 6 months. I'm an unloader for the preload shift. I have no vacation time yet. I will be going on this vacation regardless of what they think about it. Can't decide if I'm going to call out or just tell them...
For anyone who took the first few weeks of January for vacation. Check your paycheck the company now has the practice of just paying 40 hours and not a 1/52 of your yearly total. And they're claiming they didn't have time to figure out the math. Please spread the word and ask coworkers to check...
Hello everybody. Quick question regarding option days. I'm in the western region (southern california). I've noticed on my pay stub and "time off viewer" on upsers that there is "option week", and "option time". I have looked through my supplement and there is no section regarding vacation...
So I’m coming up on my first year of driving in March, but I started training in the end of January so that is my building seniority date on the sheet.
(I had to wait for a route to open up)
Do I get my first raise on my building seniority date or my first week driving?
I'm retiring in 2018. March 1 to be exact. I decided to use all my vacation time..6 weeks beginning the week ending January 6 2018. Do i actually have to work another day in the new year to keep all my benefits or receive my pension????
Via UPSers my original vacation earn date was 2/12/18 for local sort. Now that I’ve been driving(as of 8/25), the earn date has changed to the driving start date of 8/25/2018 with a new option week for 2/12/18(hmm). I hope I’m explaining that correctly. Is this what should have happened?

Long story short I am currently working as a seasonal delivery driver helper. The position entails a $200 weekly and $500 seasonal attendance bonus. I just received a notice for jury duty which would be during peak season when I would most likely be called. I am working on deferring my jury duty...
