There's a lot of talk about hiking the starting pay for part-time workers to $15 which I think is a good thing. But what about linking any future wage hikes to inflation?

There was a time at UPS where part time and full time received the same hourly rate. Just less hours, longer time until retirement. It's not completely out of line.For part time
