The Union only wants to extend that 60 days. That is not uncommon. Read some contract law. It happens all the time. An extension of a negotiated clause in a contract.</p><p></p><p>As a matter of fact, it is already in the contract.</p><p></p><p>This clause gives the Company and Union leeway to try and resolve the issue after the 60 day period. Which is where we are at now.</p><p></p><p>Article 11</p><p></p><p><em>(v) In any buildings without sufficient staffing to handle Saturday delivery needs after the process set forth above, the Local Union and the Company will meet and resolve on a local basis.
