The ibt isn't changing their stance, read the memorandum. The easy thing for the local to do would be accept the deal on the table ASAP so the members will stop being pissed at them short term. They don't feel like it's a good deal for us long term so they aren't taking it even tho the ibt wants them to.</p></blockquote><p></p>
