They can only work a few hrs per week.   You continue to show your ignorance with nearly every post you make about Express.  No part timers at my station gets the minimum unless they request as few hrs as possible.  Volume has exploded and hrs are plentiful.  Maybe you should take your paranoid attitude and stick to a subject you know.    Billiards,   darts, air hockey or kiddie porn are most likely your favorite past times.</p></blockquote><p></p>
