[QUOTE="bacha29, post: 4566929, member: 58386"] He's still trying to hold onto his memories of once upon a time when the daily work experience at Fedex was good. There was prestige, stature, high levels of public recognition and standing. However any descriptions and accounts of today's Fedex it's like somebody peed on his storybook. Sure, I'd like to hold onto my memories of the days when we were under Roadway. Granted the 3 of us ,that's right just 3 of us worked very hard and did whatever had to be done no matter what it was or how late in the day it kept us out in to get that startup satellite terminal up and going and keep it going. Nevertheless it was better under Roadway because they kept us in the one and only market we were designed to serve. But, there's nothing to be gained by trying to find comfort in those memories because they won't do anybody any good now for the simple reason that that was then......this is now.........And the way events seem to be lining up for those who remain.......something big is coming and for those of you out there everyday taking governance of a route.......it might not bode well for you for the simple reason that it didn't in the past.
