Years back, I heard that insurance companies would settle out of court $1500 for every puncture wound in a dog attack. I don't know how true that is. When somebody orders something, from a legal standpoint they are granting permission for a delivery person to access their property. Too bad we can't carry....I would have blown them away.

Years ago a dog ran thru his invisible fence onto the next door neighbors property where I was. It was winter and I was layered good. Jumped up and took a swipe at my elbow. Didn't even break skin. I sued and got 3K.
