You could have gone to a private university with minimal government oversight and government MONEY.  Clearly your anger is founded in the fact that you didn't get to go for free. If enough public dollars were available perhaps you could have gone for free . But unfortunately the state and federal government are not going to stretch their budgets to the limit to provide as much funding for public education as it can without guidelines and oversight. if you don't want the deal don't take it .</p></blockquote><p></p>
