Access point lockers at UPS customer counters

I am a customer counter clerk in central California and access point lockers are being installed but nobody had told us how it will completely work. Any other locations have them yet?

UPS's version of the Amazon locker. Quite easy to do after the first couple of times. Unfortunately, the 12 call tags for pick-up or 6 separate deliveries only count as one in the DIAD.

Would allow UPS to keep us out until 2130 and still have a customer pick up their NI3 package around 2200 at the 24hr non-manned box after the customer counter is closed.
