It still does nothing to address the fact that a crime is more likely to be committed by a young black male. They will just get a harsher sentence after they commit a crime. And in relation to that, many of that group are stuck with public defenders who are frequently inexperienced or incompetent. Money does buy a better lawyer and better chance of acquittal regardless of race.</p></blockquote><p></p>
