Sure, there are some crappy couriers that make management difficult. But from what I see, their seniors and directors, etc. are what truly makes their lives hell. Being hounded about numbers and productivity when there really are so many things out of their control must just suck balls. And not in a nice tea-bagging sort of way of sucking balls.Money is nice, but it ain't everything.
