Message: <blockquote data-quote="Brown Spider" data-source="post: 1443316" data-attributes="member: 52461">Wow!  Do you get ALL of your talking points from Limbaugh and Hannity?  The Occupy Wall Street protesters consisted of young people who were frustrated by a failure of our government to end wars, reduce debt, rein in renegade financial institutions or control medical costs and skyrocketing college tuitions.  While the Democrats may have been sympathetic to the protesters concerns about economic equality, it was a Democratic President at the time who was bailing out the very financial institutions that those protesters were railing against.The Tea Party, on the other hand, was cooked up and funded by the Koch brothers and other like minded corporate interests.  Occupy Wall Street had no such backing, a glaring lack of leadership and an out of control anger that was directed at both major political parties.</blockquote>
