We have a driver that takes FMLA because of allergies. Nothing managment can do about it. If the doctor says you can and should then you're good.

I keep telling them I'm allergic to work, heat, cold, cardboard, sunshine and rain, but they keep telling me I have to come in to get paid. I only said I wanted money, never said anything about earning it.
