Annual Raise question: Does it get applied across the board or not?

Hey there, Pre-loader here who also does airs regularly and cover drives when there is the opportunity.

Does the annual raises we receive on Aug 1st get applied across the board? to air and cover pay rates? or do they stay stagnant for the life of the contract?

Once you are through progression you will receive the annual contract raises for preload and Air driving. If you are delivering or picking up ground packages you should be receiving top driver pay.
