I went full-time strictly for the pension, figuring out I could handle any bs they threw at me, even a 25% reduction in take home.Then I came down with health issues which limited my ability to pick up extra shifts. Add that to them moving my pay scale up and down, seemingly at random, and you have a recipe for discontent.Technically, I could get disability, but that's 18 months without a paycheck.I'm between a rock and a hard place, and they are slowly grinding me down.So, yeah, I'm willing to go to the wall for this.
