But I also believe the US gov&#039;t and it&#039;s drug policy and economic policy has made things vastly worse and it&#039;s so easy to just blame the poor sole on the bottom of the ladder.&nbsp;But then we Americans have never been known to have the guts to look in the mirror so we just grab the closest scapegoat and there you go!</blockquote>
