Message: <blockquote data-quote="TechGrrl" data-source="post: 732244" data-attributes="member: 4932"><p>Just like every employer of illegal aliens is responsible for paying the employer half of SSI.  I notice not a lot of people jumping on the employers who EMPLOY these people, which is really who is taking jobs away from legal residents and citizens.  It is the EMPLOYERS doing this, because they can get away with paying sub-standard wages due to the threat of calling ICE if the employee gets uppity in any way.  Back to the demand side of the equation: no jobs, no illegal aliens.  Manage the employers, (which is WAY easier than finding 12 million people) and illegal aliens disappear back where they came from.</p></blockquote><p></p>
