And if there is an identical Federal Law like this one, which there's not. Why would they modify SB1070? Didn't they have a Federal Law as a backup to reinforce the law. Then why would they modify it with HB2162? I believe Mr. Arpaio or Mrs. Brewer or whoever that came up with the idea, should get this SB1070 along with HB2162 make a roll with both of them and throw'em to the trash or toilet.
