Message: <blockquote data-quote="bbsam" data-source="post: 753924" data-attributes="member: 22662"><p>Ok.  I'm willing to be wrong.  If you think the US is putting forth their greatest effort and resources to stemming the flow of drugs, then maybe it's just a war we can't win.  I thought it had to do with marshalling adequate resources and having the national resolve to do it.  But if this is the best we can do and these are the results we have to live with, then I guess we simply can't win and this will be the way it continues to go.  However, I really don't think you can call the drug situation as we see it today as "winning the war on drugs".</p></blockquote><p></p>
