Lamoreaux stopped a vehicle driven by Luiz Damasceno, of 212 Arlington St., Framingham, for speeding on Route 20 about 10:15 last night.</p><p>When Officer Lamoreaux checked the passport and Social Security documents provided by Mr. Damasceno, the officer realized the documents were counterfeit, according to Detective Sgt.
