Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. You have yours , I have mine. Being a union official , who I’d thought that you’d be a very strong advocate or promoter of what’s best for the employees. A employee who changes classification for whatever reason shouldn’t go to the very bottom of that classifications seniority. That is not what is best for the employees in my opinion.</blockquote>
