However there are currently  permits under review for 3 new power plants to be constructed nearby . All 3 are solar plants. And no question, all major car manufacturers are headed full speed toward EV's . And Canadian tar sand oil is dirty and expensive to clean it up enough to be able to use it.</blockquote>
