Air drivers were originally hired to run Air on heavy routes with Air. Most air drivers now are running eams, running their route air and then running bulk, running misloads themselves or to the intended driver, alot of times they are also running ground and or helping run routes where guys are going to slow and need "help". These hybrids will be funneled work from the week blowing up weekend deliveries, these hybrids will more than likely end up not even working preload and just straight delivering, these hybrids will wipe out low wait times for a full time route driver, and slowly but surely these hybrids will wipe out the full time route driver.</p></blockquote><p></p>
