By the time it's over the 2020 campaigns will be underway and the outcome will likely be heavily influenced by the discovery if any of more damaging evidence of  obstruction tax evasion and abuse of power by Trump and his officials, a slowing economy and given the losses sustain by historic floods in the Midwest  food inflation caused by tightening supplies.
