Sounds like you're worried about the numbers with the helper comment. I'm just fine with an average helper, it equals less work which equals less stress.

We had routes blow out with pick ups tonight. We have one guy that delivers for half a day and then sweeps through heavy accounts to get some of that volume. Today, he filled 2 rentals and we still had guys blow out.

We have not had any 12 hours dispatches yet, but quite a few 11.5.

Two days of peak and already two 12 hour days. They can't get anymore out of me.

Lets get some stuff straight.... with peak. Some roughts are tighter. and airs are more spead out with all the extra workers... you can easiely do alot more work. but depending on your route. and load... if you got a cake area you can do alot more... without a problem

2 days into peak? My center has been full blown peak since last Tuesday with full roster of helpers. I've had four 11+ hr days since.

Hey, we did to. Ended up bringing back over 50 stops and was told to sheet as missed, so I spent 40 minutes sheeting everything as missed. Easy money.
