I don't know if the guy was on the job or not. If he wasn't, I don't see how it is the transit authorities business. They mention a code of ethics  and a violation of trust, don't know how that works for them. I can't find anywhere it says he was on the job or in a uniform or IDed himself as a representative of the transit system.</p></blockquote><p></p>
