At the time, Espinoza cited a lot of stress on his client, who he called a man of peace.
Judge Thomas Olivieri was unamused both by Rauf’s failure to show up&nbsp; and Espinoza’s lack of documented proof to back up his assertion that&nbsp; the problems had been addressed.
