Luckily it's not a yearly bid which honestly once I found out that was even a thing years ago from this forum it immediately sounded terrible to me.The local I am currently in is the largest in the state and I would be transferring to a much smaller one. I got a hold of one of the guys that works at the building I would be going to and he told me the local is good they just don't fight for everything like the one I currently am in. For example he told me he would file grievances and they would sometimes tell him it's not worth fighting it where as mine would never do something like that. That's basically unheard of. Here it's grieve everything and they will fight everything win or lose.</blockquote>
