The major cell phone providers also sell them but you may have to extend or renew your contract to get the best deal.

If you can wait a couple of days you can find really good deals on Amazon or Walmart.

I didn't buy an ipad from them but I did get a refurbished Dell laptop that was good and even had a bigger hard drive than advertised and a brand new battery.
