I used Section 20 Article 1 many times . I got paid for EVERY DOT physical I ever took. The clinic we took our physicals at was only open during normal working hours. The 1st appointment of the day you could make was 9 am.

Must be nice. We were also told not to expect them until mid 2020. It doesn't matter anyways, they print them so small they are like the size of those little military bibles. I can't read them even when I have my readers on. I need a gotdamned microscope to read them.
