NSPT was a joke. I had known most of the stuff from my supervisors. Already knew the DIAD and 5 & 10. When I went for my On Road training, it was a whole different world. There is stuff they do to just make sure you know they take it serious. 5 & 10 had to be written verbatim, miss a period or comma and it's all wrong. Huge focus on methods. Did a few drills a day in a package car. It was honestly one of the best things I've gone through here, I learned a lot. I'm supposed to do the Integrad version of that at some point, though I found a way to avoid going every time a class has come up. I've heard it's hard as hell, but really good.</blockquote>
