Want to build a garage or put a small addition on your house---call the septic inspector. Its a friend'in racket. Unfortunately its a necessary evil because in the old days a septic system could have been anything from an old car buried in the back yard used as a holding tank to just a pipe running outside down to the lake. About 30 years ago they discovered that the majority of country homes had non conforming systems.</p></blockquote><p></p>
