Some places were so bad a HAZMAT team had to be called in and the places were ultimately condemned and demolished. People like that usually have some form of mental illness which, is sad that they are allowed to get to that point with no one to step in to provide the help they desperately need from family, friends, neighbors, or social services.</blockquote>
