Here is a overlooked one for sat air drivers 6th day or work on work week is all 1.5 pay

Does not apply to Saturday air drivers. This applies for sorts that work on Saturdays and doubles from other shifts that are Monday-Friday like Portland. Saturday air is covered under article 40 and a 6th day doesn't apply because it is voluntary.

Ah thanks for clarification..now if I log 45hrs preload and utility during week and work 5 hours on sat my understand sat is all overtime correct?

I've never found contract language, or federal/state law to support that for inside workers only doing Saturday/exception Air.

I'm in IL. Truck drivers are exempt from the 'OT after 40' law. Verified it with the state Dept of Labor (State & Federal law).
