i went to a keto style diet plan about 10 years ago. I'm kind of a carnivore anyway so it suits me.
at one point blood suger was approaching diabetes level.
my blood work has been fantastic ever since. blood suger is way down

this is another reason why i completely sympathize with people who are anti covid shots. i guess its the FDA again who approves this crap.

i probably drank 5 gatorades last 2 weeks and i finally read the label and found out im drinking cancer in a bottle.

Tastes horrible too. Lots of sweet drinks like fruit punch are using it to cut back on sugar. Hawaii punch for one used to be good, now forget it. Don't know how anybody can drink it.

Every few years they come up with a new artificial sweetener and after the side effects get noticed it will get replaced with the next sweetener. Rinse and repeat.
