UPS is not going to bend over and just give into what we want without putting them in a position where they have no choice. They continue to cut hours and use pvds and seasonals however they want and will continue to do so unless we put our foots down and strike. We can at least hear them out on what they offer but it won't be what we want. Why would they give up millions of dollars in revenue and pay us more with better protections when what they have right now is working for them? Too many drivers think nothing can change because it's always been a certain way but without us putting our foots down it will only get worse for us drivers.</p></blockquote><p></p>
