But he lost the popular vote by nearly 3 million. And his administration starting with the inauguration lie has been careening from one self inflicted wound to another. His response to the hurricane in Puerto Rico was his first non self inflicted crisis and he failed. His corruption, Russia, Ukraine, coronavirus, the cratering economy, and racial justice protests will define his presidency. In other words nothing good will define his presidency.
