That's interesting because it wasn't until the ratification of the 26st amendment in 1971 could a person register to vote at age 18. That's right. Prior to 1971 a kid could get drafted and get his head blown off in the jungles of Vietnam but he wasn't old enough to vote. So strong chances are the African American soldiers and the apparently wounded white soldier whose life they were trying to save you see in that photo weren't  even old enough to vote period let alone be registered Democrats.</p></blockquote><p></p>
