Had my own business I get it you get you get what you put in and I'm not afraid of work but I've been a driver for a little over a year and I need my body to hold up so I can provide for my family. I'm not looking for anybody to post how they work and maintain their routes but you senior guys need to educate us runners what we need to do or tips to make it 30 years. A lot of times I get handed a diad to a new route blind and all I think that day is how to keep my sup off my butt. Just help us.</p></blockquote><p></p>
