A neighbor a block away gets my mail so often that I have given them my phone number so they can call me and I will go pick it up. Fed-X does a good job getting the packages to me. Amazon also does good. UPS gets the packages to me the few times the shipper uses them. None of them ever knock or ring the bell. When I get an email saying to rate the delivery I give 3 stars and always say it would have been 5 stars if they would knock or ring the bell.
