What is "shoring"?

Shoring is essentially moving jobs based on costs and need. Onshoring is bringing jobs back to the US. Near-shoring is moving jobs to nearby nations such as Canada and Mexico, and Right shoring is moving business units to more efficient areas.

Have everybody looking for a job? Yeah that's overkill.

OP must be talking about automated driving vehicles. Bro, they can't even get Orion to list the stops in the most efficient manner.

I know this for a fact because I followed it today for the extra hours. Stupidass algorithm thinks it's running in Clarksville. Furthermore, Orion isn't dynamic enough to make adjustments to changing conditions. Even with the technology for vehicles to drive themselves, it'll be a long time before UPS is able to implement that technology.
