I was wondering has anyone heard of deals being made prior to Arbitration for Harassment Cases?
More often than not the deal has already been made and going through the arbitration is just for show. Not harassment per say
But deals are made in the hallway
Everyday Had a driver that got caught with a woman in the truck
Traded him for a guy that was a total up
Now @BigUnionGuy will be along to tell you this never happens
Believe me it does
Not harassment per say

Deals can and are cut during any part of the grievance process when one side, or the other, fears losing the case.I was wondering has anyone heard of deals being made prior to Arbitration for Harassment Cases?
"Quid Pro Quo agents" are lazy and quickly exposed, and as @BigUnionGuy already explained forever tainted, making them easy targets in the three year local election process. Not harassment per say
