I raise two children on minimum wage jobs, sometimes working two jobs, my wife was a stay at home Mom till they were school age, then she worked (sometimes two jobs), went to school, got a degree and then got a better job. My children were 18 & 16 when I started working for UPS. Don't tell me it's impossible to adequately provide for a child without government hand outs or high wage jobs. The one and only "public assistance" I received was a reduced rate on a vasectomy so we wouldn't have more children( that week I payed the balance out of money I earned and didn't by a 6 pack).
