First, all Americans benefit hugely from the government. The poorest benefit the least that is part of why they are poor. The wealthiest benefit the most and that’s part of why they are rich. If anything the poor should be “jealous” of what everyone else gets from the government. But for the most part they aren’t.  Also, if one was poor enough any American could qualify for a so called “welfare program”.  So get poor enough and your “jealousy” of those Americans will end.
