That would all depend on what year you reach progression too.

If they don't keep me on the same route for 30 days, can you file a grievance and get qualified because of that? They are already saying I'll be on a different route next week.

No. You do not have contractual rights to grieve until you make seniority.

Your best bet to get more accurate answers would be to find the shop steward in your building and ask them for a copy of the new contract and then read it.

Aren't I supposed to get 30 days on the same route? How am I going to qualify if I can't stay on a route long enough to qualify??

Hmm, it's a myth I guess. Fair enough. I don't really anticipate any problems. At this point we really need drivers. I think everything will be fine.
