One slap does not a wife beater make. And I was man enough to admit what I did. Something I suspect you'd never admit. And that you would try to twist that that way just confirms what kind of man you are. I'll tell you what I was as a younger man. In spite of dealing with a company that was lying to us and cheating us I was almost always tops in productivity in every place I worked for them until my last place where physical problems finally caught up with me. I suspect you would've rebelled against the lower pay and reduced benefits by doing the bare minimum. I upheld my end of the bargain. I also stood up to 4 street bums in Seattle who were sexually harassing a woman. And once in Santa Fe an attractive young runaway, maybe 17, in a mall parking lot made an offer for sex in exchange for money. You could plainly see by her skin and hair that she was living on the street but didn't have the look of a drug addict. I gave her the $32 I had in my wallet and asked her to not buy drugs or alcohol with it. She was stunned and hugged me like I was her long lost relative. I suspect you would've taken her to a motel and had your way with her. I'm not perfect by any means but in times in my life where doing the right thing was very important at that moment I tried to do it. I can now at 60 look back and be thankful that I did.
