It&#039;s both a violation of our rights as human beings and it&#039;s a violation of our terms of employment. depending on the day and who&#039;s in the building the person it&#039;s enforced very selectively. It doesn&#039;t matter whether you&#039;re union non union hourly or sup...the only way this ever stops is mass refusal. UPS has the right to set work policies yes but they cannot enforce anything other than the proper footwear aka work boots without a change in the work conditions. If you agree with me and you want this stop then send this to other co workers. Turns out we are all in this together to get out of this abuse. Now you may say to me but Matt I can&#039;t risk losing my job. I can guarantee you that continuing to comply with this crap will only lead to more and more abuse aka vaccine mandates. That&#039;s how it works.
