It is reasonable to ask you to take a break in that time period if they knew the delay would be an hour or more. Every contract has prescribed 1/2 or hour unpaid lunch periods, not 'however long they deem necessary to avoid paying you". They employer should have invoked the language to delay your start time up to 2 hours when they knew the plane was going to be late as they apparently did prior to you starting.</p></blockquote><p></p>
